Welcome to the Disability Academy. This Academy is designed to support both the new and veteran Disability Service faculty with the information provided. The information provided in the modules was compiled by Disability Service faculty working in various community colleges across the state of North Carolina. The Disability Academy consists of the AACC Leadership Competencies and 15 modules. Please start your learning experience with the AACC Leadership Competencies followed by the 15 modules. It is not necessary to complete the modules in numerical order. I hope the information provided is useful to you and applicable in serving students with disabilities.
